For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the pp77 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pp77. If you are accessing the pp77 platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on pp77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. pp77 strictly prohibits the registration or participation of persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using pp77's services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the pp77 platform does not violate any laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be listed on any applicable self-exclusion register, gambling exclusion database, or have been previously self-excluded from pp77.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any pp77 staff member or affiliated game provider.

To access real-money games on pp77, you must register a Player account by completing the registration process on pp77.biz. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each person may register and maintain only one account on pp77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party.
• Mobile Verification: A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account registration. pp77 uses OTP-based mobile verification as part of the registration and security process.

pp77 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, where it has grounds to believe that a registration would be in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

All financial transactions on the pp77 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits: pp77 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO internet banking, Metrobank online, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your pp77 balance within minutes of confirmed payment. pp77 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method on file. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. For GCash and PayMaya withdrawals from verified accounts, processing times are typically 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. pp77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered under your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• pp77 may conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on withdrawal requests as required by applicable regulations.
• Any funds deposited into a pp77 account that are subsequently found to be linked to fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity will be suspended pending investigation.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements and cannot be directly withdrawn until applicable conditions are met.

pp77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by pp77:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates, which are published alongside the offer.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements typically range from 15× to 40× depending on the promotion type.
• Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement of the corresponding promotion.
• pp77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless expressly stated otherwise. The use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds that have not been used or where wagering requirements have not been met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

All games available on the pp77 platform — including JILI slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, online sabong, bingo, and fish shooting games — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself.

In addition to individual game rules, the following general gameplay principles apply across all pp77 services:

• Random Number Generation: All digital games on pp77 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Each outcome is independent and not influenced by previous results or any player action beyond the game mechanic itself.
• Bet Placement: Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed. Players are responsible for confirming all bet amounts before placement.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pp77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. This decision is final.
• Sports Betting: Live sports odds and market availability are subject to real-time changes. pp77 reserves the right to void bets in markets where a result cannot be determined, where an event is cancelled, or where clear pricing errors occurred.
• Winnings Cap: Some promotions and game titles may have maximum winning caps. Where applicable, these caps are stated in the game rules or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding a stated cap may be reduced to that cap at pp77's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pp77 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, confiscation of balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one pp77 account, whether under the same or different identifying information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with pp77.
• Attempting to access the pp77 platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to give an unfair advantage or circumvent game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the pp77 platform to obtain credits, bonus funds, or winnings beyond what fair gameplay would generate.
• Using funds deposited into your pp77 account that originate from illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized sources, including stolen payment credentials.
• Colluding with other Players or coordinating gameplay in a manner designed to defraud pp77 or game integrity systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the pp77 platform.
• Sharing or selling access to your pp77 account, or accessing another Player's account without authorization.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pp77 staff or other users in any support or community channel.

pp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or disputed transaction from a Player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their account.
• A self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming framework.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pp77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

pp77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all services offered on the platform. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pp77 account holders at any time via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds that trigger automatic account restrictions when reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full account closure.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the pp77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any pp77 content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the pp77 platform.
• Using any pp77 brand names, logos, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from pp77.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of any data, content, or information from the pp77 platform.

Any unauthorized use of pp77 intellectual property may give rise to civil claims and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's own gambling decisions, bet placements, or gameplay choices.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the pp77 platform.
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the pp77 platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside pp77's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in real-time data provided by third-party sports data feeds that affect sports betting markets.

pp77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on pp77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Identity and age verification processing for account registration and KYC compliance.
• Financial transaction data processing for deposits, withdrawals, and AML compliance purposes.
• Gameplay data analysis for responsible gaming monitoring, fraud detection, and service improvement.
• Communication data processing for customer support, promotional notifications (subject to opt-in), and regulatory reporting.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the pp77 platform, or any Player account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players acknowledge that pp77 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR and that PAGCOR's guidelines, directives, and decisions regarding licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines take precedence where applicable.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and pp77, Players are encouraged to first contact pp77 customer support through the live chat channel to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

pp77 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at pp77.biz/terms-conditions and will reflect the date of the most recent update.

Changes to these Terms may be made to reflect:

• Updates to PAGCOR regulatory requirements or Philippine gaming legislation.
• Changes to available payment methods, game categories, or platform features.
• Clarifications to existing provisions based on operational experience or player feedback.
• Legal requirements or court orders applicable to pp77's operations.

By continuing to use the pp77 platform after any amendments are published, you accept the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting pp77 support.
